New Media Meets Bad Customer Service

The world is definitely changing. They say an unhappy customer will tell about 13 of their friends about their negative experience…well, maybe I should say they USED to say that.

Today Dave Winer told 7,811 of his Twitter followers about a horrible episode he had with a Comcast representative. Wonder how many people they told?
